We are unable to accept ANY feed returns due to a change in CFIA regulations.

Cashiers DO NOT have the ability to access previous purchases.

You or the person who is picking up for you MUST know what you are looking for.

If you are sending someone else to pick up and pay for your feed you can call ahead and having the cashiers take your order before hand to ensure accuracy.

If there is a issue with your feed please take pictures, keep a sample, locate the tag from the bag and contact the store.
